How clean /.MobileBackups/Computer/....

When i make a disk image of my internal Macintosh HD (Lion OS) i noted that a lot of big old files (that i have download and delete in the past) are copied from:

/.MobileBackups/Computer/2011-10-15- 213781/Volume/Users/Fabrizio/Downloads

All these files are not visible in the Download folder in the Finder and i am sure to have already deleted all these file.

There is any way to clean all this data directly or with a "cleaner" software ?
