In the Finder, under "Shared", it shows the Time Capsule.

Whenever I click Time Machine, and exit, there's always a hard drive (Time Capsule's hard drive) that I have to eject. Is this normal? If so, it's kind of annoying that I always have to eject it...

You don't have to eject it per se, TM is just configured that way, as it is stored on an external HDD.
You could just disable the SHARED in the Sidebar or not collapse it.
Why does it bother you?

I'm not talking about the Time Capsule showing under Shared, I'm talking about the hard drive that it shown under "devices" in Finder whenever I enter Time Machine. It also shows while it is backing up, but then it ejects itself automatically. When I exit Time Machine, though, the hard drive still shows under "devices" so I have to eject it manually.

Why do you keep entering Time Machine?
When Time Machine runs the next time(an hour or less) it will unmount the drive if you don't.
