I ordered a Macbook Pro 13" from the Apple Online Store. The order was canceled due to a fraud alert by my bank.

I just called the store via telephone and they quoted a significantly lower price. I ordered it and received a confirmation by email.

The price was reduced by £240 ($343). Is this normal?

I think they may have applied a business discount by mistake or something!? The customer service person asked me about my business, and I said that I did not have a business; he seemed confused.

It's my first time to order via telephone.

Prices are the same online, in store, and via telephone orders. There must be a discount applied. You should have your invoice, what does it say?

It doesn't say anything about a discount on the invoice. Strange...
I'm not sure if it is the official invoice; the email is titled 'Your order is being processed'.

Are you sure you ordered the exact same configuration?

Yes, it is just the base model with no configuration options.
