How Come?

That on videos you see the bar at the bottom bounce when you hover over them, like they jump up and down as your move across the icons at the bottom in that menu bar thingy, but on my new macbook (using Leopard) they don't at all?

Go up to the Apple menu. The look at the dock settings to see if animation and magnification is on
