How common are perfect MacBooks?

Then you have bought crap systems. I have heared the same about mac fans who bought some old windows pc/laptops with hdds. Then switched to macbook with ssd and they were so impressed how fast it is. Facepalm.

I have used macbook for a few days. I could not find any benefit of mac os vs. windows 11. In my opinion it is much worse.



And the browsers (safari and chrome) are awful stuttering when scrolling. My windows 11 is so fluid. No stutters.

I bought $3000-$4000 windows laptops from Asus, Razer, MSI that are crap systems with 900, 10 series to 30 series GPU?

Ok... I don't get why hating people buy what they want or need. Why are you here trolling? I can report you if you didn't know.

If you are just comparing normal daily applications like browsers that are just lame comparisons.

Like I said earlier if you missed one of the posts, people buy Mac because the macOS is a better fit for their use and Xcode, swift coding for app development. Content creation tools render so much faster now and that's a bonus.

People from last-gen mac jumping to buy this new M1 chip is due to code compilation is so much faster and save time.

Asus Strix 2021 and Razer Blade 2021 loud fans and cheap build. MSI GS66 cheapest build and loud.

I mean it's loud while using desktop. Thats the main problem about this laptops above .

For desktops i do always custom builds. So it's a lot better than something prebuild from common manufacturers.

My ASUS Zephyrus is whisper quiet. If you're here to keep trolling on people buying something you don't like. I can report you here, people buy what they need and want.

This small chassi used for Zephyrus is whisper quiet. Of course. Thermals are so overrated . Asus Strix with 5900HX RTX 3070 is so loud for nothing.

Maybe your Zephyrus is quieter because it's using low power, low end cpu and gpu. But everything which has performance isn't quiet based on this chassi.

What made you assume my Zephyrus has a low-end CPU and GPU? All the posts you are making are based on assumptions.

In my opinion, the macbook 2021 is too much flawed. I would not say people who need mac os shouldn't buy it. But they maybe should wait for better products, especially concerning the display which is causing headache with pwm and it's glare look.

If you pay so much money and can't use this display without heavy sideeffects for a long time the money could be wasted .

What made you assume I have that model?

That 1-3 people having display causing headache means everyone is having an issue?

Pwm is causing always headache. And glare is very annoying for the eyes. Read the last post of the linked thread (#56) in this forum .

I saw quite a few people with the new mbp showing small imperfections in the outer shell scratches paint chips and the like. I wondered how common the was for new mbps?

I would not even notice those )))
It is a tool. If it works, then it's OK It would be pretty stupid to pay MBP price for the look.
Few month down the road, anyway, it will be scratched etc. Who gives a damn if it works.

My previous MBP, I managed to drop it on concrete floor from 1.7m height on the third day, laptop section of photo-backpack somehow managed to get open. And what? Metal on one corner deformed slightly, as it smashed by this corner into the floor, but it didn't stop it from working another 5 years as my workhorse )
