Unlike many people who frequent this forum, I have not been an iPhone user till now. Hell, the iP5 is my first smartphone.............period.

For the last 4 years, I have been using an LG eNv2 clamshell:

Prior to that, it was the Motorola Razr V3m flip-phone:

Prior to that, a PrimeCo (!) Qualcomm phone:

Anybody else stepping out from the dark ages with me?

Feel free to share your phone progression (obsession?) here......I'm imagining some pretty impressive lists are out there.

I know how you feel. I had a Black Jack and then a Black Jack 2 before I got the iPhone 3G. The iPhone changed everything for me as I never was one to use my phone that much. I used the iPhone all the time. Eventually I got an iPad and now I use it all the time at night and the iPhone some during the day. It would be strange to imagine going back and using a blackjack now after having an iPhone for so many years. Glad you are enjoying your first smartphone.

Sure I look at u all with ur fancy phones and my accountant says, ur monthly, after the $200 up front is gonna go up to $70. Well, now if my Daddy is paying for it, I would not argue.

So I waited and waited and waited and think am finally gonna go for a 4S, with a pre-paid plan if I can't get away with PayGo. No FB account, don't need to know every 2 minutes what my "friends" are doing. Just the occasional ask SIRI where is closest Starbuck, that's is. Why money grow on trees?

Did your accountant bother to tell you that taking some spelling classes would be an excellent use of all the money you're saving, or that the $100/$200 you're paying them an hour could cover the cost of a months' service plan for a phone?
