How did you accessorize your iPhone?

Just curious as to how other folks accessorize their iPhones. My list include:

1. No case (going naked)
2. New headphones (Klipsch S4i)
3. BudCase (ear bud keychain case -- really useful)
4. External Speakers (Altec Lancing inMotion)

I am NAKED!! but occassionally I use Otterbox Commuter (not good) and incase snap case.

What don't you like about the Commuter? I am using one now but undecided. I used to be a big fan of the incase slider cases but I think they were scratching up my iphone 4.
