iPhone How different is iPhone 6 to 6s?

Currently have an iPhone 6 but can upgrade to a 6s. Anyone that has made the change, what are the main differences between the two? Don't fancy paying more for 7

Much faster CPU and double the RAM would be the best reason to upgrade.
