How do I access the /Applications/Utilities folder on the install DVD

i come from the pc world and am learning on a new mac. i want to access the utilities folder on install disk but cant seem to figure it out. in windows its right click explore. what is the trick on a mac?

If you want to install programs selectively, use Pacifist to extract them from the install disk.
