How do I add watermarks to iMovie '09 vid?

In iMovie '08 it was just drag an image onto the clip - boom.

Not nearly so now. I've spent hours trying to figure it out. I try PIP or GreenScreen but the image keeps drifting Ken Burns style.

How do I just get a stable, unmoving watermark again? The image in question is a mostly transparent PNG w/ a lower-left logo.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but here is a youtube video (complete with a really annoying pre-teen) I recommend fast forwarding it quite a bit to keep your sanity.

First do this...

Preferences > check Show Advanced Tools. I was not getting the picture in picture option until I checked this setting, then everything finally made sense!!
