How do I adjust my track height in the timeline in logic?

Ok I'm having difficulty getting my track size to be this large in the Logic timeline window. Can someone tell me how to make it so the height of all of my tracks look like this in the timeline? (see pic attached) Thanks.

try holding ctrl and then pushing the up / down arrows (if i remember correctly thats the shortcut for it)

You can also drag the bottom of the track (to the left of the region) or drag the little handles on each end of the vertical scroll bar.,
