How do I block iOS updates by host on my iPhone and iPad itself ? I don't want to do it on my router

Also which hosts to block please? Thanks.

I know I can install tvOS beta profile but I don't want to do that either.

Unc0ver JB has that built in. It's called NoBetaAlert. But that is only if your device is running the beta firmware. source: parrotgeek.com/repo/
