How Do I Burn A bootable .dmg? Anyone? Bueller?

My parents have my old G4 and have misplaced the install discs. They want to do a clean install and start fresh. I have a dmg of the 3 discs as a back up. Can anyone explain to a relative noob how to burn a bootable disc from Utility or Toast?

Roxio Toast 10.

Open Disk Utility.
File -> Open Disk Image.
Choose the image in the left sidebar.
Click Burn.
