How do I buy an album on iTunes. I don't want Apple Music

I do not want to sign up for Apple Music - I don't want to start paying monthly for music. I just want to buy an album and can't find out how to do it on my iPad. It just goes to radio and asks me to sign up. Where is the regular store?
