I am trying to cancel an order on the Apple store for the M1 MBA I ordered yesterday. I’ve decided to go with a Mac mini instead.

I am not seeing an option anywhere, even if I look it up on the Apple site or link from the email.

On the Apple Website, the far right icon which is Bag, has the drop down orders.

You will have to sign in, it will have a cancel order bar.

The cancel button was missing on a recent order of mine too. I had to ring up the Apple Store and get them to cancel it.

I have been using my 2011 Mac Mini since it was new....I bought the new one with the new chip...had many problems with crashing & did not like Big Sur changes...I sent it back.........I got the replacement today from apple and I am not sure I am going to open the box ...after a 2 week rest my 2011 is working fine...I may send it back for a refund.

Well I feel like that would be the same thing with the M1 MBA as well, which was what I had ordered. It seems like that could be a software issue, but of course I really have no clue.
