How do I cancel the trial? Can't sign in...

    I know how to cancel, but I can't sign in.

    It discretely hides the fact Find my Phone doesn't work with 3GS, but I'd already signed up and put all my card details in before that!

    I want to cancel, but need to be signed in to cancel, but can't sign in because my phone isn't compatible!

    wat do.

    Did you try calling 1-800-MY-APPLE (800-692-7753)?

    Does the paid subscription preclude 3G and 3GS? I know the free version is 4 only. I gave my old 3G phone to a friend and bought her a MobileMe subscription, not completely sure but thought the find my iPhone was working after 4.2 update.

    That's what I mean. I can't.

    I put my login details in and it says "Find my iPhone isn't enabled".

    So I can't sign in to cancel my account. So I'm going to get billed for something I can't use.

    Don't you have to enable it on your phone first (it's somewhere in settings).

    Maybe your only issue is that you just haven't put that setting on?

    I know for the free one it's only iphone 4, but I'm pretty sure the paid one works on all iphones.

    I can't. That's the whole point. I signed up to the free trial, but my iPhone 3GS doesn't work with it. So I can't enable my phone, I can't sign in, so I can't cancel it.

    After 60 days it's going to charge me.
