How do I change iPhone account being used?

I have an iPhone 13mini, MacBook Pro, and iPad mini. A while back I had switched from using xxxxx@icloud.com to xxxxx@gmail.com. It had made things easier. However my iPad can’t sync contact with my iCloud. I still receive and can respond to text but it only shows phone numbers, no names. My MacBook can’t take or make calls either and gives a message that the function isn’t possible since I’m not logged into my devices using my iCloud account. So how do I do about switching from gmail.com to iCloud.com?

Are you asking how to change your Apple ID email back to your iCloud email? Or are you asking how to sign out and log into your phone using the same Apple ID as your other devices?
