How do i [change the auto fill information (i.e. email)]

If this is asked in the answers page im sorry.

But how do i change the auto fill information (i.e. email) i have changed my email to gmail from hotmail how would i go and change it so my mac asks to put it the gmail instead of hotmail. As i said before sorry if this is answered in the answers page im tired and thought id ask before i went to sleep.

Thank you 🙂 ive had this macbook since April but im now starting to use it a lot since i hooked it up to my TV and i can be anywhere in my room and use it. So i shall start to pick up on more of the "simple" things =p
