how do i change the "When you connect a camera use this [program]"

I use Aperture a lot, so i decided to open automatically whenever i used my camera... but this has been defaulted even when i use my iphone... which can be pretty annoying... how do i [un]default this??? i prefer to manually open the program itself to not having it open automatically whenever i want to sync my phone.

I don't have Aperture installed, but like iPhoto, it is listed in the preferences.

It's in the Preferences of Image Capture, in the Applications directory.
