How do I change this?

I bought my Macbook from a user on eBay and I'm not sure if I can, but I'd like to change the home tab in finder.

Is it possible to change that to my name or not?

If it were me I would probably do a clean install as I wouldn't want anything to do with the previous persons details on the computer.

If I couldn't be bothered to do that I would create a New account and then delete the old account rather than changing the name of the account.

You probably want to do a complete reinstall...better that way.
