Self explanatory thread, but I'm struggling to find an answer.

Thanks in advance if you can help!

If you're referring to the Boot Camp that is running while in Windows, locate the Boot Camp icon in the bottom right corner of your taskbar, right click on it and click About Boot Camp.

Yep, I knew that much. But where on the Apple website can I find which is the latest windows version? I'm running 4.0 and there are no updates available if I run Apple software update in windows.

I look it up on the Wikipedia page on Boot Camp (software). You'll be given the full version history of the drivers, as well as the latest version currently available.
