I can't get this to go away. I tap on it. And it takes me nowhere it just disappears and comes back. I try to clear it. And it comes back up! I can't clear it, and I would prefer to not disable notifications from my Apple TV app. I don't know if this is an iOS 10 bug or what.

If it isn't disappearing try and restart your phone?
The keyboard input notification is only meant to appear when you open a keyboard on your Apple TV. It's actually built into iOS 10, and seperate from the Apple TV app so you can disable that particular notification in settings.

I tried a restart. And it doesn't show up initially. But after a while, it just randomly pops up again. Even when I am not around my Apple TV.
