How do I close Music App?

I'm playing music stored on the watch.

How do I stop music and not just pause it on the Apple Watch. When I pause it or disconnect the headphones the music pauses. However I don't like it still saying "now playing" and a song in the app just sitting paused.

Also If I disconnect the headphones it just searches for them endlessly while the music is paused.

So far I only can "close" the music by restarting the watch. The app then does not show a now playing song.

Any ideas?
