I want to check if the ATT store I plan on going to have iPhones (I hear some might not)

When I call, I get a iPhone message but it seems like that's what you would get for calling any branch, and they have no option of talking to someone in the store. The ATT store is a half hour away from me so it would SUCK to go there tomorrow morning and not be able to get my iPhone.

Try to just say "operator" into the phone or "representative"

I know for other systems like this, it takes you directly to a person.

I called twice. After listening to the automated message you have to go through the prompts when it takes you to upgrade or add line go with that one. The one that says customer service rep brings you to apple headquarters and not the store.

800-331-0500 for a live person @ att wireless. just looked it up with my dial zero app :D

The store near me (3 miles away) never picks up their phone. That's irritating. You'd think the store would be packed, so I drive there this AM and there was a whopping 2 customers there (4 employees that I can see). I ask if they were getting any 16gig White iPhones....lady says it does not come in white!!:mad: The other guy there says they will but they haven't recieved any yet nor know how many. All while their phone was ringing in the background unanswered. Lovely.
