iPhone How do I control the transparency of icons?

I've been away from the JB scene for awhile, but back in the day I remember I could control the transparency of my icons (1%-100%). Can someone tell me what I need to install to do this again? 🙂

I have it on my 6.1 4S and it runs without a problem...

I also have Springtomize 2 installed and running fine on my 4S with 6.1. It has been updated to work with ios 6.x
