How do I copy Lion USB stick?

I want to copy the Lion USB stick into a disk image. But I cannot do it in disk utility like I did with the disks because it appears as a disk drive and not a disk. How do I copy it?

You may be able to use Carbon Copy Cloner to accomplish this. I have not tried it myself, but it is free - so it may be worth a try.
