B Bruno09 macrumors 68020 Feb 9, 2015 #4 You can use AU 5.6.1 on Lion, I have used it from Snow Leopard to Mavericks. Try this : move AU 6.3.1 from the /Applications/Utilities folder to another place. Try launching AU 5.6.1. I can't see any reason it would not work. I feel you opened 2 threads simultaneously, not a good idea.

S SusanK macrumors 68000 Feb 9, 2015 #5 AU 6.3.1 and AU 5.6 coexist peacefully on my MBA running Mountain Lion 10.8.5. I only use AU 5.6 as my router is a first generation AE. I was able to download AU 5.6 on Mountain Lion but not install without Pacifist. http://www.charlessoft.com https://discussions.apple.com/message/22940547#22940547 I followed the instructions on Tesserax's post.
