But Grab takes more steps to actually take screenshots, though it gives you the ability to store the screenshots directly where you want instead of moving the screenshots via Finder. But I am more used to the keyboard shortcuts anyway.

L lpobsession2005 macrumors member Feb 15, 2011 #7 apple + shift + 3 will take a full screen shot. apple + shift + 4 will allow you to drag a window to specify an area of the screen you want to capture
