There isn't a way for you to downgrade. Sending it to Apple and having them do it is the only way. If you're experiencing an issue, you're probably better off waiting for the next beta and hoping it gets fixed there.

Sorry, but outside a visit to an Apple store, you're on a one way road.

There is no way for the user to downgrade watchOS currently. There are several warnings to that effect when you install the beta profile. I think Apple can do it but you would have to open a support case and send the watch to them for repair. Outside of taking a drastic step like that, you are stuck on 7.5 if you have already upgraded.

What issues are you having? I'm very casually interested in doing 7.5 simply to see if it fixes the battery issue I'm having 7.4.1. I know the unpair repair 'fix' but..
