How do I downgrade to 1.1.3?

Is there a smooth downgrade so I can exploit all the jailbreak functions?

Just do a restore to 1.1.3 and run ZiPhone, thats all.

I'm a noob to all the jailbreaking stuff because I was so scared of screwing with my phone until last night. I have ZiPhone but 1.1.4... can I use iTunes to restore to 1.1.3?
