How Do I Downgrade to iOS 6?

I have an IP5 and got caught up in the hoopla over 7. I want to get back to 6. It's fast, doesn't make me sick, and just plain works.

Can I do a DFU restore? Any link or instructions appreciated, esp. from someone who has gone back to 6 on the 18th or later.

You can downgrade if the iOS 6 window is still open, just go and download the iOS 6 IPSW and restore it via itunes, if an error pops up that means Apple stopped signing ios 6
 
Download the 6.1.4 IPSW file and hold option key and click restore on iTunes and install that file.

Is there any danger of bricking my phone if the restore does not work?
 
Thanks again everyone. I'll use 7 for another day and if I still have motion sickness issues with it, I'll downgrade to 6.
