iOS How do I download an old IPA file that I've developed?

I used a MacBook to develop an iOS application. I don't use that MacBook any longer; I now use Windows. However, I would like to download the IPA file onto my Windows laptop. Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to email it to yourself, from the MacBook where it resides, unless the file is larger than an email-size limit your ISP imposes.
