How do I download MP3 in OS?

I know how to dl on a PC but how I would I do it on a Mac?

On PC, I play the MP3 and a file dl to your temp file.

On Mac how would I go about it?
Is is the same as the Activity monitor when you want to dl a video
from YouTube?

YT is because I look for FLV.

I can't see to find the file I'm looking for with MP3.

Almost always, the largest file on the Activity Monitor is the file you are looking for.
