how do i erase all calendar contact info

If I want to erase all of my calendar and datebook stuff from ical, datebook and entourage stuff so I can resync it from my pda what's the best way?
 
For iCal, empty the contents of the iCal folder within your Home folder's Library's Application Support folder. 🙂
