How do I export a video from quicktime without the pro version?

Hello,

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I'm in need of help. I uploaded a video that appears on quicktime, but because I do not have quicktime pro (and cannot seem to be able to download it) it will not let me export the video. Does anyone know how I can export or 'save' the video without this software? Is there some other software to use?

I'm just speaking off the top of my head, but I think that a program called ffmpeg might do the trick.
