We're looking to add a member to our staff (full time/part time) at our small company and we need someone who knows a decent amount of HTML/CSS/PHP/mySQL. The problem is, I don't know anyone personally who knows how to do this stuff.

I thought about putting an ad in the paper, but I figure most web developers get their news from the internet. So they probably wouldn't read the paper.

Any advice?

I dont know about local, but I am situated in Delft, Netherlands and looking for a summer job :D I have a BSc in computerscience and some experience in PHP/MYSQL/JAVA and much more :D

Try Monster.com and Careerbuilder. There's also a technical hiring website, but I can't recall the name offhand.

The other thing to try is a headhunter specializing in creative & web fields. Look for these in the phone book.
