I've been trying to get a Terminal based app to run and it reports:

This file isn't present on my computer but some Googling seemed to indicate that it could be obtained by installing XCode 8.2.1, which I did but that didn't provide it. How do I get hold of this file that the app appears to need in order to run? I'm stumped and would appreciate some words of wisdom. Thanks. 🙂
