How do I find my Apple Music "My Favorites" playlist?

I've started trying to use Apple Music's playlists more often, and I've been reading about the "My Favorites" playlist, but I can't ever find it on my iphone or ipad. Do I need to turn on "iTunes in the Cloud" to make that work? Is there a setting somewhere for it? Or did I just not get included in that because it's not live for everyone? (I thought it was an iOS 10 feature)

My Favorites Playlist is under the For You tab (heart). You need to have Show Apple Music and iCloud Music Library toggled on. Also not sure what "iTunes in the Cloud" is. Where are you seeing this?
