How do I find the owner of an iOS app

An app name I need has been used before but the app has been deleted from the App Store since 2011.

I am in process of obtaining trademark to legally acquire the name but would also like to contact the current owner.

I've checked AppAnnie but no contact info for the owner.

Any leads?
