iPhone How do I fix Glasklart icons?

I just downloaded Glasklart from Cydia, but a bunch of my apps' icons are still the same. Everywhere else i try to look for how to fix this is outdated so all the file names are different.. can someone tell me how to change the icons through ifile? and not just the apps that already come with IPhone 4S but the ones that you download as well.

The Glaskart icons must have the exact same name as the stock icon that you want them to replace.

And also not every icon has a glasklart overlay
