My friend emailed me a list of contacts as an attachment called AddressBook.data, I have a PC how do I get the contacts either into a spreadsheet or into my Outlook?
Ask you friend to see if they can export the data from Address Book into a VCF file. I know OS X 10.6 can do that, but am not sure which version your friend is using.
