How do I get Downloads folder back into the dock?

Can anyone help me???? If I want to find my downloads folder i have to search the finder for it. How do I get it back into the dock as a stack????

Drag it back into your Dock from your home directory. 😕

When placing the folder into the Dock its important that you add it to the right-hand side by where the trash is. There is a separator between the applications section on the left, and the folders and file shortcuts on the right.

Just go to your home directory, the house icon on the finder sidebar. then drag to downloads folder to the dock, but on the right side of the separator.
