I've been reading all these while my son is trying everything. After going thru all of them, it still didn't work! We got video but no audio. Finally, he just pulled the adapter cable out of the computer port and reinstalled it....SOUND! Don't know if it wasn't connected right or just needed a reset, but it worked. Hope it does for the Olympics. That's why I got the cable & adapter cable. Dumb NBC won't show what I want to see, so I'll watch it off the Internet!
