How do i get movies on my ipad

That I already downloaded when I restored my ipad the movies arent on there anymore. When i go to download them its telling me to repurchase the movies.

Did you perform a backup of of the iPad before upgrading? If so the movies should be in iTunes.

if you bought them through itunes then you should be able to redownload them for free on your pc/mac. iirc.
