How do I get Movies on my PSP?

Hi,
I just bought a PSP. I don't want to buy UMD movies, just copy my existing DVD's to my PSP's memory card.
I have not got a clue how to do this, so any advice on this would be much appreciated!
If anyone could give me a guide on exactly what to do, that would be great!

Mediafork (or whatever its called now) is the be-all end-all for this. Put the DVD in and click on the PSP preset, select the chapters and press go

Or iSquint (or whatever that's called too!) for converting already ripped vids.
