iPhone X How do I get my pics from my other iPhone?

cant use iCloud or iTunes. How do I transfer my pics to my new iPhone. I’m using AT&T mobile transfer. It worked on videos and contacts but not my pics.

I'm not entirely sure of this, but I believe you can turn on AirDrop, enable Bluetooth and send your photos from one phone to another.

Correct. You don’t actually have to turn on BT, when you enable AirDrop it automatically turns on BT.
