How do I get my songs to show in iTunes 11?

Just formated my pc, installed itunes.
All my albums/music on my computer is in E:\Music\

How do I get all of this music to show in itunes? I set the itunes meida folder location to this in the preferences, but not showing.

Did you set it to E:\Music\ or the iTunes directory within.

E:\Music , is what its set to (under Advanced Preferences/Advanced.

Do I need to go to File and Add each sub directory manually?
