How do I get new email accounts on iPad to MacBook Pro?!!

WTF? I tell iTunes to sync accounts but it doesn't! I added two accounts to my iPad and deleted two on iPad (that are on my Mac) but when I synced it didn't delete the two accounts or add the two accounts on my MBP!!! 😡

Help!
