How do I get Siri to announce the caller w/air pods?

How do I get Siri to announce the caller w/air pods? All I get is the ringing phone. I have to either look at my watch or phone. I though she was supposed to announce the caller?

I don't have my AirPods yet, but I'm guessing under settings>phone>announce calls.

THANK YOU! I had NO idea that existed!!!! I always just looked at the screen of my navi in the car to see who was calling. I went ahead and set it for car and headphones!

I have a Samsung galaxy and I don't see this option by the setting
