How do i get stuffit to open .exe

I downloaded Stuffit expander but it doesn't open anything... i DL some things off of Limewire and i can't get them to work at all.. i dont understand when i select the mac osx OS for the item i am DL it downloads and gives me a file with .exe then i read that i need to have stuffit but that does jack... HELP ME PLEASE

You need to download the .dmg file.

.exe files are Windows executable files. You won't be able to run them unless you install Windows either via bootcamp or virtualization.

.exe is a Windows program file. It can't be opened unless running Windows. If you got it off Limewire, you're either trying to get free software, or you're downloading a Windows virus.

So it's bad either way.
